Emil's New Album Fund

Hey y'all, I'm making a new album! It's all about different climates and how we cope with existential questions affecting us in personal ways. I want to release these songs because I think they can reach people and make some sense of difficult feelings many of us have been having. I also want the songs to sound the best they can, which means they need to be mixed and mastered by someone who is not me, someone who has much more skill than I do. Mixing and mastering shape the listening experience as much as the writing or production of a song can. They bind songs together and make the emotional beats hit properly. They require time and care and the engineers doing that work should be fairly compensated. However, I am very much still in grad school and my funds are tight, which is where you come in!
