Reverbia 2024 - Build Week Application
Hello fellow Reverbian, welcome to the Reverbia 2024 Build Week application. We're happy you're here. Build Week is a time during which camps and others arrive early to the Burning Man event to set things up before the gate opens. There are only a set number of spots available in Reverbia for Build Week. Build Week is not a time to party, it's a time to build.

Some Build Week expectations:
Build Week can exist in harsh conditions. We are an active worksite for 7+ days (Monday thru Sunday before the gate opens, and beyond) working on a large piece of land in the exposed desert. We are prone to a range of weather conditions affecting how we get things done (for example - rain, high winds, extreme temperatures). We build a variety of structures and systems that require both critical thinking and, at times, a lot of physical output. Thankfully we do this all as a team. For 2024 we are again implementing a structured work/rest/community connection schedule allowing us to focus our time more wisely in accomplishing the many Build Week tasks.

Please note, those arriving Monday thru Wednesday of Build Week are not required to provide volunteer hours during Burn Week. Those arriving Thursday forward of Build Week are required to provide a reduced amount of volunteer hours during Burn Week, depending on day of arrival.

If given the opportunity, are you able to purchase an additional event ticket to be resold at face value to another member of Reverbia's build team?
Reverbia may have access to a set allotment of event tickets to be used only for participants entering the event during build week. Choosing "Yes" to this question means you are able to purchase two (2) event tickets and one (1) vehicle pass. One event ticket will be for yourself and one ticket will be sold for face value to another Reverbian on the build team. The vehicle pass will be available for whoever might need it, again at face value. This helps us ensure we have enough event tickets and vehicle passes for everyone on build.

Do you have any physical restrictions, medical conditions or health restrictions we should know about? Diet or Food allergies?

What type of camping will you be doing at Reverbia?
If selecting 'Other,' please describe setup in detail including proposed footprint dimensions. All structures bigger than 50 sq. ft. must be occupied by 2 or more people. Camping setup must also be reviewed by camp Director for placement if setup is bigger than a 'Tent equal to or smaller than 50 sq. ft.' due to space and layout limitations.

Each afternoon during the hotter portion of the day, we conduct a Team Building workshop which can be interactive or informative. Example of past workshops: Safety Instructional, Contact Dance, Breathing, Cacao Ceremony, Trust exercises, Knot making, Ice Breakers, etc.

If you are able to teach a workshop please list your workshop idea and a brief synopsis.
